Pessina Properties is a private real estate buyer based in Charlotte, NC. We purchase apartment buildings and rental properties directly from owners across the Southeast.

When you submit your information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your property inquiry.

Opting out of communications

• SMS: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages.
• Email: reply asking to be removed or email paul@pessinaproperties.com.
• Phone: let us know during a call and we will remove your number from our follow-up list.

Your submissions

When you submit information about a property, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pessina Properties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or any communications between us. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
